    Podium pricing in 2026, explained

Podium took its prices off its pricing page in late 2025 and now quotes through sales. Here are the last prices it published, its fees and its contract terms, in one place.

    The short answer

Podium no longer lists prices; its pricing page asks you to talk to sales. The last prices it published were Core at $399 a month and Pro at $599 a month, with Signature by quote. Podium Phones was $25–$30 per user a month plus a $500 fee per location, and Podium's terms set a 12-month contract that renews automatically.

    What to watch for

A 12-month term that renews itself

Podium's terms of service set a 12-month term that renews automatically unless you give 30 days' written notice, and leaving early means paying the rest of the term.

    Phones cost extra per person

Podium Phones is $25–$30 per user a month plus a $500 network optimization fee per location, on top of the plan.

The AI is spread across plans

    Caps without published overage

Voice AI, AI messaging and phone minutes have monthly caps, and the price past them isn't listed.

Every price is a quote now

Podium's pricing page no longer lists a price for anyone, so expect a sales call before you see a number.

    An alternative

Zuops: AI texting, an AI receptionist and reviews from $19, no contract.

Zuops covers the inbox, reviews and booking side for local businesses, with AI that books appointments by text and by phone, and adds the ads that bring leads in. Plans are month to month and every usage price is published. Zuops doesn't sell card readers, so if you take payments in person, Podium does that and Zuops doesn't.
