Review requests
Get more Google reviews by asking every customer, the right way.
After the job, each customer gets a text with their own review link and a photo made for them. A quick star rating sends happy customers straight to Google; anyone unhappy gets a private form instead, and you get an alert. Reminders follow on their own if nobody taps.
Included on every plan. Each request is a text at 0.125 credits; a photo made per customer is 0.5 credits.

How it works
How Review Requests works
- 01
Build the review page
Add your Google link (Facebook, Yelp and others too), your logo and colors, and the thank-you offer if you want one. Or describe it and let the AI build the page and the drip.
- 02
Send automatically
Pick the trigger: a won deal, a stage change, an appointment that ended, or a tag. The ask goes 1 hour later, with reminders 4 hours and 4 days after if nobody rates.
- 03
Watch the reviews come in
Results show who was asked, who rated, who went on to Google, and the private notes. Every answer also lands on the customer's record.
The page
One tap to rate, one tap to post.
The customer opens a page with your logo, their first name and five stars. A rating at or above your threshold (4 stars by default) shows your Google button, and Facebook, Yelp or any other site you've added. The page lives on your own domain, so it looks like you, not a review tool.
- Your logo, colors and domain
- Google, Facebook, Yelp, BBB, Trustpilot, Angi, Nextdoor or any link
- Optional thank-you offer with a code
Unhappy customers
Hear about a bad day before Google does.
A low rating opens a private feedback form instead of a review site. The note lands in the CRM, your team gets an alert, and the customer gets a thank-you. The page keeps a small link to post publicly anyway, so nobody is ever stopped from leaving a review.
- Private form under your threshold
- Alert to your team, note on the lead
- A “post publicly” link stays on the page
The ask
A text with a photo made for that customer.
The request is a text from your number with the customer's own link and a picture: the owner's photo with the customer's name written on it, drawn on for free or made by AI holding a sign or letter board for 0.5 credits. The same name gets the same picture, and a misspelled sign is never sent.
- Sent 1 hour after the job, reminders at 4 hours and 4 days
- Their name on a sign, whiteboard, chalkboard or letter board
- Stops the moment they rate
Results
Every request, rating and review in one list.
See who was asked, who opened, who rated what, who clicked through to Google and who left a private note. Each review page has its own results, and a business can run several pages for different services or locations. Review events can start automations too: thank a 5-star, follow up a 2-star.
Why Review Requests
Why this gets more reviews than asking in person.
Everyone gets asked
The ask is tied to the job ending, not to someone remembering.
The right moment
An hour after the job, when the door still works and the tech's name is fresh.
Personal
Their name, their link, their photo. It reads like a message, not a campaign.
Bad reviews caught first
Unhappy customers reach you privately and get a call instead of a public reply.
Reminders without nagging
Two follow-ups, then it stops, and it stops the moment they rate.
Per client
Agencies run a review page per sub-account under their own brand.
Pricing
Included on every plan. A request is a text at 0.125 credits; a photo made per customer is 0.5.
Every plan includes the whole platform. Usage comes out of your plan's monthly credits.

Review Requests: common questions
Is filtering unhappy customers to a private form allowed?
The page never blocks anyone from reviewing: a “post publicly instead” link stays on the private form, and that's on by default. Google's policy is against discouraging or selectively asking for reviews, so the safe setup is what the tool does: ask everyone, and keep the public link visible.
How do I get my Google review link?
Paste your Google Maps link or Place ID into the review page builder and it turns it into the direct “write a review” link. Facebook, Yelp and other sites take their page links.
When does the request go out?
Whenever you choose: when a deal is marked won, a lead reaches a stage, an appointment ends, or a tag is added. The default drip sends 1 hour after that, then reminds 4 hours later and 4 days later if there's no rating.
Can I offer something for a review?
You can show a thank-you offer on the page, which unlocks on any rating, never only on a good one. Whether to offer anything is your call; some review sites have rules about incentives.
Does it work with the AI review replies?
Yes. Review requests bring in the reviews, and AI Review Replies answers them on Google in your voice. Together with weekly posts and photos, that is the whole Google Business Profile kept active from one CRM.
