AI review replies

Every Google review gets a reply that sounds like you wrote it.

New reviews are picked up from your Google profile, answered in your tone with the customer's own details, and posted. Five-star reviews can go out on their own. Anything under your star rule waits for a quick look, so a bad day never gets an automatic answer.

Free on every plan. No credits for replies, however many reviews come in.

    How it works

    How AI Review Replies works

    1. 01

      Connect the profile

Sign in with the Google account that manages the business and pick the location. Reviews come in from then on.

    2. 02

      Say how replies should sound

Warm, professional, casual or upbeat. Add your sign-off, a line for when something went wrong, and any notes.

    3. 03

      Replies go out

Reviews above your star rule are answered on their own. The rest wait in the tool with a draft ready for your OK.

    Your voice

Written like an owner, not a help desk.

Each reply picks up what the customer actually said (the spring, the tech's name, the second visit) and answers that, in the tone you chose, signed your way. Replies are checked against a list of template phrases and rewritten when one appears, so no customer ever reads “thank you for your valued feedback”.

    • Four tones, your sign-off, your contact line
    • Uses the business facts from your AI Brain
    • Template phrases caught and rewritten

    Your rules

Happy reviews go out on their own. Hard ones wait for you.

Choose 5★ only, 4★ and up, or always ask. Reviews under the rule get a draft that takes the complaint seriously, apologizes once without arguing, and moves the conversation to a phone call. You read it, change a word or two if you like, and post it from the tool.

    • 5★ only, 4★ and up, or always ask
    • Low ratings get a careful draft, never an automatic send
    • Rewrite with one line of instruction

    Every client

Agencies: fifty clients' reviews, one screen each.

Each sub-account connects its own profiles, one for every location, each with its own tone and star rule, and shows what needs a reply. Your team answers from the CRM under your brand instead of logging into fifty Google accounts.

    Why AI Review Replies

    Why answering every review matters.

    Same-day replies

Reviews are checked throughout the day; nobody has to remember.

    A ranking signal

Google says responding to reviews shows you value customers, and active profiles rank better locally.

    The first thing people read

A thoughtful owner reply under a 3-star review wins more customers than ten unanswered 5-stars.

    No canned lines

A phrase list keeps every reply from reading like a template.

Your call on the hard ones

Nothing under your star rule goes out without you.

    Free

Replies don't use credits, on any plan.

    Pricing

Free on every plan. Replies use no credits.

Every plan includes the whole platform. Usage comes out of your plan's monthly credits.

    FAQ

    AI Review Replies: common questions

Does it reply to old reviews too?

It reads every review on the profile when you connect, so unanswered older reviews show up in the tool with drafts. You decide which of those to post; automatic sending only applies to new reviews that arrive after you turn it on.

What happens with a 1-star review?

It waits for you. The draft acknowledges the problem, apologizes once, and offers your contact line so the conversation moves off Google. You can rewrite it with a line of instruction (“mention the refund we gave”) or write your own.

Can I change a reply after it's posted?

Yes. Edit it in the tool and post again; Google keeps one owner reply per review, so the new text replaces the old one.

Can I use it without connecting Google?

Yes, in copy mode: find the business on Google Maps, paste any review, and copy the reply it writes. Connecting Google is what makes reading and posting automatic.

Does it work for several locations?

Yes. Add every location to the same sub-account, from one Google account or several, and switch between them from the business name. Each location keeps its own reviews, replies, tone, star rule, posts and photos.
